6 February 2026: the beginning of a (memorable) adventure
Predazzo is not merely waiting for something great to happen: it is turning it into a moment destined to last. A time that is immediately recognisable as something special. During the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, Predazzo will be more than just an Olympic venue. From 6 to 22 February 2026, Val di Fiemme will become the stage for top-level competitions and a rich calendar of side events, designed to engage visitors of all ages.
The “Giuseppe Dal Ben” Ski Jumping Stadium in Predazzo, recently renovated and upgraded, will host ski jumping and Nordic combined competitions, offering Italian and international audiences thrilling performances on the jumping hill, with champions from all over the world.
But here, the Olympic spirit will not end with the final landing on the snow. Moving towards Piazza S.S. Giacomo e Filippo, the sporting day — and evening — will continue in the town squares, where a different kind of energy will come to life after dark. On 6 February, the opening ceremony will officially ignite the Olympic atmosphere in the historic centre, launching a series of events designed to let people experience the Games even beyond the competition venues.
In the days that follow, live music, DJ sets, concerts and the Olympic fan zone — featuring entertainment and shows — will animate Predazzo with performances that fill the square and encounters capable of engaging residents and visitors alike, creating a spontaneous and authentic sense of togetherness, typical of mountain communities.
The first taste of the Olympic spirit is scheduled for Wednesday, 28 January, with the arrival of the Olympic flame.
