Everything is ready in Predazzo to welcome the return of San Nicolò.
On 6 December, Predazzo’s Piazza is transformed into a magical Christmas village, where the heady scent of the little fir trees mingles with the super gluttonous ones of hot chocolate and mulled wine.
Small wooden houses host our Christmas market: crib figurines handmade by our sculptors, traditional sweets and many small ideas to bring home all the magic of the Christmas atmosphere ‘made in Predazzo’.
The ‘Village under the Tree’ opens to the public on 6 December at five o’clock in the afternoon to welcome the arrival of St Nicholas, who, in keeping with tradition, will bring with him a sweet surprise for every child. And what better time to switch on the lights of the majestic Christmas tree that has already been towering in the centre of the Piazza for a few days?
We look forward to officially starting the ‘most magical time of the year’!
To fully experience the Christmas atmosphere in Predazzo, you can then continue with a slow walk through the streets of the centre, perhaps following the Water Route, to discover the historical fountains that characterize the alleys and the most surprising corners of Predazzo.
